The Seasons of the Soul: A Joint Exhibition by Anica Bebić and Martina Salova Češnovar

ree

On April 22, 2025, at 7:00 PM, art lovers will have the opportunity to attend the exhibition "The Seasons of the Soul," a joint project by Anica Bebić and Martina Salova Češnovar. This exhibition represents more than just a collection of photographs – it is a sensory and emotional journey through the human conditions of anxiety, depression, and healing.

The exhibition is carefully designed to guide visitors through different emotional states. The space begins with an atmosphere of heaviness, where dry leaves on the floor symbolize pain and darkness. As visitors move through the exhibition, the environment gradually changes, ending with flower petals that symbolize hope and healing. Quiet music will play in the background, enhancing the experience.

"Every soul goes through seasons that are not seen with the eyes, but are felt deep in the silence of the heart.
This exhibition represents a mental path — from the fall, through the struggle, to the reawakening.
Through intimate, symbolic photographs, we discover the transformation of a person who falls apart, searches, finds themselves… and rebuilds again.
We open the doors to our inner seasons with an interactive exhibition
At the Jadro Cultural Center." - Anica Bebić;

This concept not only presents the photographs as works of art but also involves visitors in an interactive process. Each visitor will have the opportunity to write a message or advice to the younger version of themselves and, in return, will receive a capsule with an encouraging message.
